HPLC Purity
High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is used to determine the chromatographic purity of each batch. Research-grade material is documented at >99% purity.
Mass Spectrometry
Mass spectrometry (MS) is used as an orthogonal identity method to confirm molecular weight and verify the correct molecular form of the peptide.
Certificate of Analysis Process
- Batch sampling — a representative sample is taken from each produced batch.
- HPLC purity testing — chromatographic purity is measured and recorded.
